Plan, trial and paying for Inbecto

Open Subscription on the website.

Pay online (when shown)

1. Choose monthly or yearly and the period. Type a coupon code if you have one and press Apply.
2. Check the amount due and pay on the bank's secure page (card, UPI or net banking). You come back to Inbecto afterwards.
3. Your renewal date moves forward by the period paid, and an invoice from Lywin is emailed to you.

Pay by UPI or bank transfer

1. Pay to the details shown under Pay for your plan (or scan the QR code with any UPI app, where the pay page shows one).
2. Enter the 12-digit UPI reference (UTR) from your app or bank.
3. Lywin checks the payment and extends your plan, usually within one working day.

No card details are stored in Inbecto. Payment is not available inside the phone apps; use the website.

Inbecto prices each plan for each country, in that country's currency. A country without prices of its own pays in US dollars. Your workspace's country decides which prices you see (set it in Settings > Company, or when you sign up).

To pay

1. Open Subscription on the website. Only a company administrator can pay.
2. Under Pay or extend online, open Invoice to: and add your tax number (for example your TRN or VAT number) and billing address if they should be on the invoice, then save.
3. Choose 1 month or 12 months, and type a coupon code if you have one.
4. Press Pay by card. You pay Lywin, the company behind Inbecto, on Razorpay's secure page in your currency, then come back to Inbecto.
5. Your renewal date moves forward by the period paid, and the invoice is emailed to you.

What is different from India

• No GST is added. Your invoice is for an export of services, in your currency, with your country and tax number on it.
• Inbecs cannot be used: they are in rupees.
• Payment is by card only. UPI and Indian bank transfer are for workspaces in India.
• Your card provider may show the amount in your own currency or add its own fee for a foreign payment.

If the page says card payments from outside India are being switched on, write to Lywin with Write to Lywin and your plan is set up for you at the price shown.

Open Subscription and scroll to Invoices from Lywin. Press View to open one, then print or save it as a PDF. Each invoice is also emailed (with the PDF attached) to the address used for the payment.

Outside India, the invoice is for an export of services: it is in your currency, has no GST, and carries your tax number (for example your TRN) and your country.

On Subscription, before paying, open Tax invoice to: and fill in your GSTIN, state and billing address, then Save invoice details. The invoice issued after payment carries them.

Already paid without them? Raise a help request with your GSTIN and the invoice number.

Outside India the box is called Invoice to: and asks for your own tax number (for example TRN or VAT number), which goes on your invoice. No GST is charged.

1. Open Subscription on the website (not the phone app). Only a company administrator can upgrade.
2. Press Upgrade plan. The plans bigger than yours are listed with their users, storage and monthly price.
3. Pick one. You see what to pay now:

• the new plan for the days left in the period you have paid for,
• less the unused part of what you already paid for those days.

1. Press Pay … and upgrade and pay. The new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through, and your renewal date stays the same. From then on you pay the new plan's price.

During the free trial, moving up is free and immediate.

• Inbecs: you can use them to pay part or all of the difference. (In India only: outside India the difference is paid by card, in your currency, with no GST.)
• Yearly: choose the yearly cycle when you next pay.
• Bigger than the plans listed: use Ask Lywin for a custom plan in the same window.
• Moving down to a smaller plan: raise a help request; it happens at your next renewal.

Each plan is set up for the kind of work it covers. To add windows, interiors or turnkey work:

1. Open Subscription on the website (not the phone app).
2. Press Upgrade plan and pick the plan that covers it. See How do I upgrade?.
3. Pay the difference for the days left in your period.

The menus, starter price list and quotation forms for it then appear. If no plan in the list fits what you need, press Ask Lywin for a custom plan, or raise a help request, and Lywin will set it up.

• The trial starts the moment your workspace opens. No card, no payment.
• Use it fully with your own customers and rates. The number of trial days is shown on the pricing page.
• In the last week a banner at the top says how many days are left, with Pay now for admins.
• When it ends, your team sees "Your free trial has ended". Everything you entered is safe and waiting. Company admins see See how to pay; others are asked to contact their administrator.
• Paying opens the workspace again straight away (online payment) or once Lywin confirms it (UPI or bank transfer).

Inbecto is priced per company, not per person:

• Fenestration: UPVC and aluminium windows and doors, quoted window by window with drawings.
• Interior Studio: kitchens, wardrobes and furniture with the design studio, and everything in Fenestration.
• Turnkey: civil and full-home projects with BOQ quotations and running bills, and everything in Interior Studio and Fenestration. It also includes Automation and the API.
• Enterprise: larger teams, set up and priced by Lywin.

Features outside your plan show Not in your plan in the menu, with View plan options.

Google Play and the App Store do not allow an app to show prices or send people to pay outside the store. So in the phone apps, Subscription shows your plan but not prices or payment, and there is no sign-up or upgrade. Open your workspace address in a browser to pay or change your plan. Everything else works the same.

Every workspace has an Inbecs wallet from the day it is made, at 0 until you earn. Company admins see it on Subscription and on Refer and earn: the balance, how to earn more and how to spend them.

1. Open Refer and earn (company admins; others are asked to get the link from their admin).
2. Copy your referral link or code, or press WhatsApp or Share to send it to another business.
3. When they sign up through it and make their first plan payment, you earn Inbecs: a share of that payment, as shown on the page. The business you referred may get Inbecs too.
4. Use your Inbecs on your plan when you next pay on Subscription. 1 Inbec is worth ₹1.

Refer and earn shows your balance, what you have earned so far, the people you referred (and whether they have opened their workspace yet), and the Inbecs history. If the first payment is refunded, the reward is taken back. Inbecs may expire after some months; the page says when.

If it says the programme is paused, new sign-ups earn nothing until it is back, but the Inbecs you have can still be used.

Your data is safe. Until the plan is paid, only the Subscription page opens.

• Company admin: press See how to pay, choose monthly or yearly, and pay. See How do I pay for Inbecto?.
• Anyone else: ask your company administrator to pay from Subscription, then sign in again.
• In the phone app: payment is done on the website, not in the app.

Need more time to decide? Raise a help request; the Inbecto team can extend a trial.

• Paid online: after the bank page you return to Inbecto, which checks with the bank ("Checking your payment with the bank"). If you closed the page, open Subscription again after a few minutes.
• Paid by UPI or bank transfer: make sure you entered the 12-digit UPI reference (UTR). Lywin confirms each UPI payment by hand after seeing it in the account, usually within one working day.
• Money left your account but the plan did not open: the bank sometimes takes a payment without telling us. These are flagged for the Inbecto team to open the plan by hand, or refund you.

Raise a help request with the amount, date and the reference or UTR. Choose the category Plan and payment.

Some pages belong to features: purchases (vendors, purchase orders, materials, work orders), design approvals (approvals, selections), site reports, site cameras, service and maintenance (warranties, service tickets, service schedule), HR and payroll (employees, wage workers, attendance, leave, payroll), reports, project costing, automation and API.

A lock in the menu, or "Not in your plan" on the page, means your package does not include it. Press View plan options to see which do. Ask your company administrator to upgrade, or raise a help request if you think it should be included.

Open Subscription > Usage. It counts users, products, projects and storage live from your workspace.

• Users: deactivate people who left.
• Storage: photos and files take the most space. Delete old site visit photos or documents you no longer need.
• Products or projects: remove test entries.
